The ER-A1 is a SCARA or cobot-based assembly cell equipped with an automatic screw feeder and torque-angle controlled driver. Each tightening record (torque, angle, result) is stored under the serial number; when a faulty tightening is detected the part is rejected. It tightens 18 screws per minute.
Each cell is delivered with FAT; installation, safety verification, operator and maintenance training and a 24-month warranty are included. Book a feasibility meeting for layout and options.
