Most robotics projects fail not from technology but from vague objectives. That is why we start every project with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Discovery and feasibility (2-3 weeks): We inspect the line on site, conduct a time study, collect part and operation data and present a first ROI estimate.
- Concept design: 2-3 alternative cell layouts are presented with budget and cycle-time comparison.
- Simulation: Robot reach, collision risk and cycle time are verified in a digital twin; the results are written into the contract as performance criteria.
- Build and FAT: The cell is built in our workshop; a Factory Acceptance Test is run for customer approval.
- On-site commissioning and SAT: Installation, safety verification, operator and maintenance training.
- Monitoring and improvement: Close support for the first 90 days, followed by OEE monitoring and an annual performance review.
Performance guarantee
If the cycle time, availability (95%+) and product quality criteria accepted in the contract are not met, we make improvements free of charge until the target is reached. This commitment rests on the verification we perform at the simulation stage.
